Shipping Policy – Fine Packaging

At Fine Packaging, we take pride in delivering high-quality packaging solutions to businesses across Australia. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Order processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered:

  • Standard / stock items (such as plain boxes or ready-made packaging) are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom or printed packaging requires production time. Most custom orders are completed within 10–15 business days, subject to artwork approval, material availability, and order quantity.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your products are protected during transit.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Timeframes

Fine Packaging ships Australia-wide using reputable courier partners. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days (Express: 1–2 business days)
  • Regional areas: 5–7 business days (Express: 2–3 business days)
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days (Express: 3–5 business days)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery postcode
  • Courier service selected

Due to the nature of packaging products, bulk or oversized orders may attract additional freight charges. If applicable, these will be communicated to you prior to dispatch.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. You can track your delivery directly through the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Fine Packaging cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

6. Risk, Loss & Damage

We take every reasonable step to pack orders securely. However, once the order is handed over to the courier, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a courier claim where applicable.

7. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
