All content and software on the Fine Packaging website are protected by copyright © 2025 Fine Packaging. All rights reserved. Copying or reusing any materials or software without permission is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, text, graphics, or other material you include in your products does not violate anyone else’s rights.

Do not use any copyrighted work, trademark, or service mark without proper permission from the owner. By placing an order you confirm you have the rights and authority to use all submitted content and grant Fine Packaging permission to produce your products using that content. Your products must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, personal rights, or include libelous or defamatory content.

Customer Content

The content you provide (text, images, designs, graphics, etc.) is your responsibility:

• You must have permission to use all materials you submit.
• Your products must not infringe on third party rights or include offensive or defamatory content.
• You agree not to upload or send unlawful or inappropriate content through our website.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Any orders placed through your account (by you or someone you give access to) are your responsibility.

By submitting content, you give Fine Packaging a license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your designs to produce and deliver your order. We may remove any content that violates these Terms. We may also retain or disclose your content if needed to:

• Comply with legal requirements.
• Enforce our Terms.
• Respond to claims of rights violations.
• Protect the safety and rights of our company, customers, or the public.

Design Files

Design files provided by Fine Packaging are available at 72 DPI (low resolution). For high resolution files, please contact us for a custom quote.

Customer Submitted Artwork

• All artwork must be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
• We are not responsible for color changes when converting from RGB to CMYK.
• We are not responsible for issues like blurriness or pixelation if the artwork you provide is low quality.

Proofing & Matching

Before printing, you will receive artwork proofs and a job specification sheet by email. It’s your responsibility to check every detail—design, spelling, orientation, measurements, and delivery dates. Once approved, no changes can be made. Printing will proceed as per the approved proof. Colors may vary slightly between on-screen proofs and the final printed product. For guaranteed colour accuracy, we recommend ordering a hardcopy colour match proof (additional cost applies).

Materials

Our standard paper and cardstock are not food-grade. If you require food-safe stock, please let us know before placing your order.

Customer Responsibility for Approval

It is your responsibility to review and approve all proofs and layouts. Fine Packaging is not responsible for errors such as:

• Incorrect graphic placement or orientation
• Wrong fonts
• Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes
• Incorrect die cuts, folds, or slits
• Incorrect finished product size

Color Accuracy & Hardcopy Proofs

Colors will be reproduced as closely as possible but exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to printing limitations. Colours will be within 90% accuracy of the approved proof. Lamination or finishing may affect colour appearance.

Force Majeure

Fine Packaging is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, shipping disruptions, supplier delays, strikes, acts of government, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Indemnity

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and protect Fine Packaging AU, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or the content you provide.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled depending on the production stage:

• Stage 1 – Order received, before design work → $15 + 5% cancellation fee.
• Stage 2 – Order in design → 20% of total order will be charged.
• Stage 3 – Order sent to press → Cancellation may not be possible; if accepted, 50% of order charged.
• Stage 4 – Shipped → Cancellation not possible.

Design services are non-refundable once ordered.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final as every product is custom made. If Fine Packaging makes an error, we will reprint your order, but refunds or credits are not offered. Issues must be reported within 3 business days. 99% of the defective order must be returned within 10 days for reprint eligibility. Rush charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping & Production

Production begins only after full payment and final proof approval have been received. Shipping options:

• Standard: 7–15 business days (not guaranteed)
• Priority: Ships within 8 business days after proof approval
• Express: Ships within 6 business days after proof approval

All timelines follow Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) when applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events. Customers are responsible for customs duties and accurate shipping details.

Damaged and Lost Packages

Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within 3 business days. We are not responsible for courier errors, but will assist with claims. Orders may have up to ±5% quantity variation; extras may be included to cover this.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Our website and services are provided “as is” without guarantees. While we aim for accuracy and smooth service, we cannot guarantee error-free operation or exact results.

Limitation of Liability

Fine Packaging will not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, delays, or interruptions. Our responsibility is limited to reprinting your order if we are at fault.
